Job Description
As the first sales executive for government business, the candidate will focus on creating and prosecuting opportunities in provincial, state, and central governments with significant spending on satellite data and information. This is a hunter role, where the ideal candidate has relationships with departments, space agencies, remote sensing agencies, planning, resources, climate change agencies, etc.
Work Experience
- At least five years of government sector sales experience
- Experience selling to governments, particularly in the Asia-Pacific region
- Previous work in a SaaS business
- Ideally has worked in the Earth Observation domain (bonus)
- Consistently achieved targets, quarter-on-quarter
- Worked independently and achieved KPIs despite the start-up environment
- Clear spoken and written communication skills
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Salary: Competitive salary, uncapped OTE and employee stock options
