Customer Success Executive

Job Description

Working with our fractional chief scientist and the head of customer success, you will be responsible for the day-to-day support of our growing customer base. The nature of customer engagement is both proactive and reactive. As the first full-time customer success executive, you ensure our customers derive value from the service and renew their annual subscriptions.

Work Experience

  • At least three years of experience in a similar capacity
  • Supported B2B SaaS customers
  • Knowledge of remote sensing (must)
  • Expert knowledge of GIS tools, including QGIS
  • Worked independently, achieving KPIs despite the start-up environment
  • Clear spoken and written communication skills
  • Programming knowledge in Python (bonus)
  • Qualification: Bachelor or higher degree in remote sensing
