Job Description
Working with our fractional chief scientist and the head of customer success, you will be responsible for the day-to-day support of our growing customer base. The nature of customer engagement is both proactive and reactive. As the first full-time customer success executive, you ensure our customers derive value from the service and renew their annual subscriptions.
Work Experience
- At least three years of experience in a similar capacity
- Supported B2B SaaS customers
- Knowledge of remote sensing (must)
- Expert knowledge of GIS tools, including QGIS
- Worked independently, achieving KPIs despite the start-up environment
- Clear spoken and written communication skills
- Programming knowledge in Python (bonus)
- Qualification: Bachelor or higher degree in remote sensing
