The position of Head of Software at Eartheye Space is a unique and privileged opportunity to continue building the world’s largest tasking platform. This role requires the selected candidate to lead the development team in India. As the head of software, you will work with the chief product officer (CPO) to execute the program of work. Eartheye Space is a fast-paced organisation, and you will be accountable for the timely delivery of a quality product. At Eartheye Space, we do sub-weekly releases, sometimes daily, and our major releases are timed monthly. We expect you to be hands-on and capable of coding and troubleshooting. You will do code walk-throughs of the team to ensure quality and consistent practices.
